All attendees shall be subject to the rules and regulations of BLINDSPOTGIGS (The Organisers) as interpreted by its representatives, and to any other instructions given at the event.
- General:
These T&Cs incorporate any Vendor's and/or Agent's T&Cs, including those of TicketSource, our ticketing agent. Artists and billed attractions may be subject to change. No trading or promotional activities without prior consent. Photographic equipment permitted for personal non-commercial use only. Do not buy tickets from touts - they are invalid. You give consent for your likeness to be included in any recording used in any media. - Ticket Refunds & Exchanges:
Refunds are only considered on major cancellation, substantial alteration or by special exception. Exchanges can be requested via the TicketSource self-service portal and must be to the same event, on a different date. Exchanges are permitted up to 1 day before the event you are exchanging from, subject to availability, and must be equal to or greater than your original booking value. Exchanges can only be made by the original purchaser, and pre-sale tickets are not eligible for exchange. Tickets remain the property of the Organisers. - Cancellation & Postponement:
This event takes place outdoors, rain or shine. Displays will only be cancelled or postponed in the event of extremely severe weather or other circumstances that pose a genuine safety risk, as determined by the Organisers in consultation with relevant authorities. Where an event is cancelled in full and not rescheduled, ticket holders will be offered a refund or exchange to an alternative date, at the Organisers' discretion. Where an event is postponed and rescheduled, existing tickets will remain valid for the new date; if you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may request an exchange or refund. The Organisers are not liable for any other costs incurred as a result of a cancellation or postponement, including but not limited to travel or accommodation. - Age Policy:
No unaccompanied under 16s allowed on site. Under 16s must be accompanied by a ticket holder over 18. 5 & Under (Newborn to day before 6th birthday) must be accompanied by a paying ticket holder over 18 at all times. - Security:
The Organisers reserve the right to evict or refuse admission without refund. Bag and person searches are a condition of entry, carried out at security's discretion. Any item considered for use as a weapon must be surrendered. Illegal items will result in Police involvement and refused entry. Anti-social behaviour may lead to eviction. Complimentary Essential Companion tickets are available to disabled attendees who require additional support to access the Stow Firework Spectacular as a result of a disability or long-term health condition, as defined by the Equality Act 2010. Support must be disability-related and significant - in excess of what could reasonably be expected of family or friends already accompanying the disabled person. Companion tickets are intended for those providing active disability-related support, not general companionship. Essential Companion tickets are subject to overall event capacity and must be requested in advance.
- Companion Requirements:
Companions must be aged 18 or over. Companions must be capable of, and available to, provide support throughout the event including in an emergency or evacuation. Companions do not need to be family members. - Disabled Children (under 16):
In line with our standard admissions policy, all disabled children must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over. One complimentary Essential Companion ticket is available per disabled child. Additional companions may be approved with supporting evidence. - Disabled Adults (16+):
One complimentary Essential Companion ticket is available per disabled adult. Additional companions may be approved with supporting evidence. - Applying:
Essential Companion tickets must be requested after completing your booking, via the form on our Accessibility page. Please do not email your request or evidence. Requests must be submitted no later than 29 October 2026. We strongly recommend applying as early as possible - Essential Companion tickets are subject to overall event capacity and cannot be guaranteed once the event sells out, which typically occurs well in advance of this deadline. - Accepted Evidence:
Evidence must show the disabled attendee's name and confirm eligibility under the Equality Act 2010. Accepted documents include: DLA award letter (middle or higher rate care component); PIP award letter (standard or enhanced daily living component); Access Card (Nimbus Disability) showing the +1 Essential Companion symbol; Attendance Allowance letter (lower or higher rate); War Pension, Armed Forces Compensation Scheme (AFCS), or Armed Forces Independence Payment (AFIP) award letter; Certificate of Visual Impairment (blind or partially sighted registration); letter from a GP, medical professional, or social worker confirming the need for a carer at this type of event. If you do not hold any of the above documents but believe you are eligible under the Equality Act 2010, please contact us at accessibility@stowfireworkspectacular.co.uk to discuss your circumstances before applying. Evidence is requested only to confirm eligibility and is handled confidentially - for full details of how your evidence is handled, see our Privacy Policy. - Conditions:
Essential Companion tickets are valid only for the specific booking and date for which they were issued. Companions must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the point of entry or at any time during the event - a companion who is visibly intoxicated may be refused entry or asked to leave, in which case the Essential Companion ticket will be considered void for that visit. Companions must remain with the disabled attendee throughout the event. Additional adults not covered by a complimentary Essential Companion ticket must purchase a standard ticket. Essential Companion tickets that are no longer required should be returned at the earliest opportunity so they may be made available to others. Attendees who repeatedly request Essential Companion tickets and do not use them may have this facility withdrawn. - Queries and Declined Requests:
If your request is declined or you have a query about eligibility, please contact us at accessibility@stowfireworkspectacular.co.uk and we will do our best to assist.

Blindspot Gigs is the data controller for this website and event.
Ticket purchases, including payment and personal details, are processed entirely by TicketSource, our ticketing agent, and are subject to TicketSource's own Customer Data Privacy Policy and terms. We do not directly collect or store payment card information.
We directly collect personal data only where you contact us via email, WhatsApp, our contact form, or our Essential Companion ticket form. This data is used solely to respond to your query or request. Messages sent via WhatsApp are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy, as the service is operated by Meta.
Essential Companion requests are handled through a dedicated form. Supporting documentation is retained only for as long as needed to process your request - for example, if we need to contact you with a follow-up question - and is automatically deleted from our system as soon as a decision is made, whether approved or declined. All other personal data from your request is anonymised at that point, with the exception of your TicketSource ticket reference, which is retained for audit purposes. We aim to respond to all Essential Companion requests within 24 hours.
CCTV is in use at the event for the safety and security of attendees, and for fraud prevention purposes. Footage is retained for 28 days and then automatically deleted, unless it is required for a specific investigation, fraud prevention matter, or legal claim, in which case relevant footage may be retained for longer as necessary.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data we hold about you, and the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you're unhappy with how your data has been handled.
We will never sell your personal data to third parties. For privacy enquiries contact contact@blindspotgigs.co.uk.
