Accessibility
- There is no Blue Badge parking at or near the venue - please see our travel page for information on getting to the event
- The event is held outdoors on a grass field, which can be uneven in places. Access to the field is via a tarmac path with a slight incline, leading to a grassed ramp with a steeper gradient - please take care if this is a concern for you
- Temporary pathways and matting have been laid around the site to main locations, but depending on weather conditions, some areas - including the ramp - can still become slippery. Please mind your step
- Wet weather can make some areas more challenging to navigate - please take care, particularly on grass and inclines
- Accessible portable toilets are available throughout the site - ask any steward, who will happily direct you to the nearest one
- Assistance Dogs are welcome on site, but please be aware that trained security dogs are also present
- This is a fireworks event with loud, sustained noise and bright lights throughout. If attending with an Assistance Dog, please consider whether it's comfortable in these conditions beforehand
- Essential Companion ticket holders must be a responsible adult aged 18 or over, capable of providing support throughout the event including in an emergency or evacuation
Essential Companion Tickets
Complimentary Essential Companion tickets are available for disabled attendees who require additional support to attend the event. Companions must be aged 18 or over and capable of providing support throughout, including in an emergency or evacuation.
Requests must be submitted no later than midnight on 29 October 2026. We strongly recommend applying as early as possible — Essential Companion tickets are subject to overall event capacity and eligibility and cannot be guaranteed once the event sells out, which typically occurs well in advance of this deadline.
