  • there is no blue badge parking on site at this event, please check our travel page for more information on getting to the event
  • registered assistance/guide dogs are welcome
  • the event is held outside on a grass field, which can be uneven in places, and includes a small incline to enter the field
  • temporary pathways have been laid around the site to main locations
  • the weather can cause certain areas to become more challenging to navigate due to wet and slippery surfaces. Please take care and be mindful of this when navigating the event site
  • there are accessible portaloos throughout the event, please just ask a steward who will happily direct you to the nearest one

pa/carers ticket

to try to minimise fraudulent activity, the booking/tickets that you wish to apply a pa/carers ticket too must be in the name of, or bare the same surname to, the person listed on the supporting documentation (as listed below).
applications for pa/carer tickets submitted after midnight on Sunday 3rd November might not be approved

to get a pa/carers ticket please follow the process below

if you have not yet purchased tickets

  • purchase your tickets as normal, without purchasing a ticket for the carer
  • email us from the email you booked with, including your name, booking reference and supporting documentation
  • if approved, we'll send through your complimentary ticket to the email address you booked your other tickets with within 48 hours
  • if we need to contact you before approving your ticket, we'll be in touch via email within 48 hours

if you have purchased tickets already

  • if you have already booked and paid for a ticket for the person who is the pa/carer, then unfortunately we cannot refund this, however we can still issue you with a complimentary carers ticket. to proceed with this, please follow the steps below
  • please email us from the email you booked with, including your name, booking reference and supporting documentation
  • if approved, we'll send through your complimentary ticket to the email address you booked your other tickets with within 48 hours
  • if we need to contact you before approving your ticket, we'll be in touch via email within 48 hours

supporting documentation

This list is just an example, and every application will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
supporting documentation must still be valid and in date at the time of the event (where end or expiry dates apply)

  • a statement of higher or middle rate disability living allowance (DLA)
  • receipt of either the severe disablement allowance or attendance allowance
  • personal independence payment (PIP)
  • attendance allowance
  • blue badge
  • qualifying annual uprating letter
  • the access card (details available from www.accesscard.org.uk)
  • registration document which certifies that you are registered blind or partially sighted
  • veterans agency letter confirming war disablement pension
